By Thelma Mariano Eleven oclock on a weeknight I found myself phoning a man whom Id recently met. We had been talking regularly and I just wanted to hear the sound of his voice. No answer. After four rings his answering machine kicked in and I hung up. How strange. This man made a point of staying home during the week in order to get up at 5:00 a.m. for work. Call me any time before midnight, he had suggested. Im usually reading or listening to music. There could only be one explanation another woman. Id met him through a phone dating system. Many mutual fund and investment companies require this license for their agents and brokers. The Series 6 exam is a multiple choice test of 100 questions. The test focuses on securities types such as: Common and preferred stock, corporate and government securities, taxation, customer accounts, SEC/NASD rules, mutual funds, annuities, and variable insurance products. The Series 6 is given on computer at select testing centers throughout the country for those that have been registered and been approved to sit for the exam. 70% is the passing grade and you will be notified of your pass or fail once the computer exam has concluded.
