Migraine or PMS

Thursday, August 30th, 2007

By Harry B If you are plagued with severe migraines or headaches, first and foremost you should have a medical examination that will rule out any physiological reality you might have to deal with in order to heal. I invite you to read on if you have migraines that appear to accompany your PMS or surround your menstrual cycle. I have a friend Diane who spent a third of each month with migraines for which nobody in the medical world advised her to consult therapy for. We met a three-day workshop on art therapy. She claims she will probably have to cut it short for her monthly ordeal of migraines is showing its nose. A light throbbing has worked its way up her neck and this is how it normally starts. I can see pain in her eyes and face; I can imagine what an ordeal it must be to have that ghost show up every month. For the last ten years, I have researched PMS and its links to our subconscious. I was totally flabbergasted about my own discovery and results. I kept researching PMS and its links to our subconscious, and migraines came up too often. Did you know that 39% of the women I surveyed have similar symptoms if not every month, more often than they should? workshop on art therapy. Did you know that 39% of the women I surveyed have similar symptoms if not every month, more often than they should? I offered Diane to look at the possible links and the reasons why her body was reacting as such in her life. She happily consented. After an hour together, she realized how much she had just adopted a pattern that came from her own mother. As we were doing this introspection, she was amazed her pain had not become worse as it would have done in the past. Along the way in our conversation, she also discovered she was a savior with everybody around her. I told her that Mother Teresa had a perfect role cut out for her and she never burned out while alive. Diane, I discovered, has concerns and issues she allowed the world to put in front of her. Like so many women, she has been educated to care and had not granted herself the permission to set healthy limits.continue… For More articles and information on migraine and migraine treatments visitTreatment-for-Migraines.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Harry_B http://EzineArticles.com/?Migraine-or-PMS&id=413078 brutal after incest what frost they incest into sister were incest should video both kristens been incest about stories for

Dating After 40: Exclusivity — How and When to Broach It

Wednesday, August 29th, 2007

By R.L. Morgan The experts say to let the guy bring up the exclusivity talk, otherwise youll sound needy. Ive recommended this myself. But frankly, Ive not brought it up even if Ive dated a guy for a while because I knew we werent long-term material. So not bringing it up allowed me to still date around with impunity. At this point, Ive decided it depends on how interested I am with focusing on just the beau du jour. It there isnt anyone that pulls your attention away from him, and you think you are pretty well suited, why not focus on just him and see how it plays out? However, if you dont think he can fill your social needs, why settle on just one? But maybe he doesnt realize youd like to have more together time, so Im all for bringing it up. While these conversations are difficult to begin, they are so much better than assuming. Perhaps he is willing to see you 3-4 days a week, then you can tell him your other options are to see other guys or go out with gal pals. See what he says. If he says, Go ahead and see other guys, you know hes not serious about you, and if thats okay with you, great. You can still play together when it fits your calendars, but he may also be playing with other women. But if youve dated him multiple times and dont say anything about seeing others, I think you are setting yourself up for some drama. Best to put the cards on the table and if the chips fly, so be it (sorry for the poker metaphor!). For me, Im leaning toward having the exclusivity discussion as you get nearer having sex together. At that point, I think it appropriate to ask how the other feels about dating others and share your truthful opinion. I think he will get it if you couch it like, I dont think youd like it if I was sleeping with other men, and so I dont want you sleeping with other women while were being intimate. While Im not asking for or expecting a long-term commitment, I am asking for and expecting we both wont see others while we are seeing each other. Then ask what he thinks about this. Youll find out very soon how he feels assuming he is honest. R.L. Learning to Trust Again

Monday, August 27th, 2007

By Thelma Mariano Eleven oclock on a weeknight I found myself phoning a man whom Id recently met. We had been talking regularly and I just wanted to hear the sound of his voice. No answer. After four rings his answering machine kicked in and I hung up. How strange. This man made a point of staying home during the week in order to get up at 5:00 a.m. for work. Call me any time before midnight, he had suggested. Im usually reading or listening to music. There could only be one explanation another woman. Id met him through a phone dating system. Obviously he had made a date with someone else and at this very moment could be in her arms. I stalked back and forth in my living room. Why had I expected him to be different? Just because he was punctual and said he really really liked me didnt mean that I could trust him. The next evening he called to say that hed fallen asleep early. The phone had jarred him awake at eleven but there had been no message. He still sounded annoyed. Probably a wrong number, I said quickly. Good thing he couldnt see my face, because I could feel my cheeks flush. That was when I realized that I had an issue with trust. Of course it takes time and experience to get to know someone but Id been quick to jump to conclusions. I took a long, hard look at my life. I claimed to have no luck meeting suitable men over the age of 40 and none of my relationships lasted more than a few months. Why? Looking back, I realized that I had chosen men who were unavailable either physically (separated by distance) or emotionally. Deep down I believed that men could NOT be trusted. Upon further reflection, I saw that my belief could be traced to feelings of betrayal in a long-ago relationship the disillusion and let down I had experienced in so many ways by the man Id married. In the years following my divorce I had dated men with charm and charisma, who were also unreliable or unpredictable. I just wasnt attracted to serious, responsible partners they seemed boring by comparison. I poured my energy into my career and creative work and largely ignored my here-again, gone-again love life. What had changed? With time I grew tired of relationships that were going nowhere. I decided that I wanted to meet an honest man with integrity, someone I could truly respect and appreciate. I also decided that Id rather remain happily single than be with anyone who didnt fit the bill. That decision opened the door to a different kind of relationship one based on friendship and trust. How about YOU - are you ready to trust again? Here are some ways to tell: Do you harbour feelings of resentment or betrayal? If so, something in your current life can trigger these feelings and surprise you with their impact. For instance a new partner who arrives late for dinner one evening can remind you of an habitually tardy spouse and bring up unexpected anger. When you consistently overreact, recognize that you have a problem and trace it back to its source. Are you healed from the past? It is important to give yourself enough time to get over a person who once meant so much to you. If necessary, get help and support in coming to terms with your past. To truly heal, you also need to let love into your current life. Focus on developing nurturing friendships and new interests. Examine your beliefs What do you REALLY believe or expect from members of the opposite sex? That they are out for what they can get? Unfortunately you will attract whatever you expect. It is also important to believe that you deserve to be well treated. Is there a pattern to your dating experiences? Are you drawn to the same type of character e.g. someone who always puts you down, doesnt do what he or she says, or has problems with drugs, alcohol or money? You may be disillusioned with love and feel you have bad luck when it comes to the people you meet. However you CHOOSE these partners for a reason. Look back and check for similarities. Then ask yourself what beliefs you must hold to continually repeat this pattern. What I discovered is that I dont need to trust a man as much as I NEED TO TRUST MYSELF. That is, to know that I am strong enough to leave a relationship that isnt working for me. To do this, I need a high level of self-esteem and I must be used to treating myself well. Moonlight and roses just dont cut it for me anymore - not if thats all there is. The Truth About Private Label Rights And What You Can Do With Them

Saturday, August 25th, 2007

By Jason Kendrick If you want to know the truth about private label rights, here’s your opportunity. You cansell them and keep all the money! Use the files to create new websites. These sites can easily be created using an HTML editor of choice and repackage the private label rights and start selling them today. Sell them on eBay. Auctions are hot, and you can cash in on the auction craze. Create an auction for each private label right product. Build your own mailing list. Create an ebook and give it away as an incentive for subscribing to your ezine or newsletter with a tool called an autoresponder system and watch as your mailing list swells. Start your own affiliate program. Imagine having hundreds or even thousands of people promoting your private label rights product. You can build your own affiliate army with these hot selling products. Sell private label rights over and over. While it’s great to sell products, the really big money comes when you sell private label rights. Change them and create your own unique product! Modify these products in any way and make them your own. Change the wording, make them shorter, make them longer, add graphics, or more, and then add your name as the author. Create a powerful AdSense income! There is no doubt about it, Google AdSense is here to stay. People everywhere are earning thousands of dollars every month (some are earning $20,000 or more) by placing simple AdSense ads on their site. But the key to making it work is content. And now you can have literally thousands of pages of content. Combine them as niche packages organized into categories to make more sales. Example, you can combine sections from “self-hypnosis” and “Stop smoking” to create an ebook or web content about “Stopping Smoking through Self-Hypnosis.” Use them as articles. Nothing draws the search engine spiders like informative articles. You could easily create thousands of different articles from the content. You could even sell them as private label articles. You could even create and run your own article directory! Use them as web or ebook content, or as research materials for your own ebook or website project. Use them as bonuses for your own product. Package them with your own info product as valuable bonuses and watch your sales soar! Create your own viral ebook from private label right products. Because you have the source code to these products, you can fill them with your affiliate links. Earn backend or upsell income. Use private label right products to create backend and upsell product packages for your customers. Jason has been involved with internet marketing for years. Using PLR’s gives you a quick start to a finished product. I hope you find the information on the truth about private label rights useful. Online Dating Safety: 10 Tips for Keeping Safe

Friday, August 24th, 2007

By Amy Cunningham The best way to stay safe when using online dating services is to ensure your anonymity. There many information websites and services out that make it easy for internet savvy people to find you via your email, phone, or address. You can stay anonymous and protect your privacy with these ten tips to stay safe when online dating. Stay anonymous in your profile. When writing your online dating profile, make sure that you stay completely anonymous. You can give potential dates information about your personality, but never, ever reveal any information that gives them any indication as to where you live or how to get in touch with you. Sign up for a free email address. Visit Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail to sign up for a free email address. By signing up for a free email address, you ensure that you stay in control of communicating with potential online dating partners. If you ever feel uncomfortable, you can close the free account and end communications. Be sure to make sure that the email address you chose does not reveal anything personal about yourself. Keep your address private. Never reveal your real name, home address, or phone number until you are completely comfortable in doing so. Make sure that you communicate via email until you feel comfortable with your potential date. Get a P.O. box and/or unlisted phone number. You may want to sign up for a p.o. box at your local post office and/or unlist your phone number. Your safety is extremely important and signing up for these gives you added safety. Do not use sexy references. When selecting your email address or user name, steer clear of any ’sexy’ names. You’ll get noticed by using one, but generally by the wrong people. Tell the truth. You want to protect yourself, but be honest at the same time. Let your potential dates get to know your personality, your likes and dislikes, and your thoughts and feelings. Do not let them know your private information such as location or anything that would identify you. You may also be nervous about using a photo, but rest assured that it’s ok to do so as long as you keep your other private information out of your profile. Trust your gut. If you feel unsure, threatened, or uncomfortable, DO NOT respond to any further communication. You know when you feel uncomfortable. If you feel that way when talking to a person at the beginning, it’s not going to change and you may be putting yourself further in danger. Beware of the red flags. Watch out for obvious ‘red flags’ when talking to people that you have met through online dating. If they are acting suspicious, they probably are not who they say they are. Use common sense and you’ll be safe. You can view several online dating red flags here. Use your email block list. If you are uncomfortable with any email or IM messages from a member of the dating services, use your block list to keep them from contacting you again in the future. Don’t be afraid to report them. If you come across any potential dates that are lying, threatening, or mis-using the services, report them to the company. Series 6 Test - Get a Series 6 License

Monday, August 20th, 2007

By Nick Hunter The Series 6 is an NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers) license held by tens of thousands of individuals. Many mutual fund and investment companies require this license for their agents and brokers. The Series 6 exam is a multiple choice test of 100 questions. The test focuses on securities types such as: Common and preferred stock, corporate and government securities, taxation, customer accounts, SEC/NASD rules, mutual funds, annuities, and variable insurance products. The Series 6 is given on computer at select testing centers throughout the country for those that have been registered and been approved to sit for the exam. 70% is the passing grade and you will be notified of your pass or fail once the computer exam has concluded. A company must sponsor you for the test. This would be the company that hires you as a trainee. The exam normally takes 4-6 weeks of home study time to prepare. If you fail the exam, you must wait 30 days to re-test. The key to passing this exam is studying each section and taking the chapter exams after each section. The last 2 weeks of your study time should be focused on taking and passing the practice final exams and reading the correct answer explanations given. Your goal is to achieve scores near 80% on the practice tests. As I said, 70% is the actual passing grade needed on the real test, but you want to increase your margin of error before sitting for the Series 6. When the test is over, you can review your answer choices on questions you “marked for review” before you end the exam. This test feature is helpful on questions you were unsure of and wish to go over them again. You don’t want to change too many. I believe in the old test saying: “your first guess is usually your best guess”. Sometimes students look at past questions at the end because they had spent too much time on the question earlier and they just “guessed”, hoping to have another look at it later. That is a good way to use the changing answers feature. You have 135 minutes to complete the exam. That is usually plenty of time. You want to practice your timing while studying at home. This is not a hard test, but it requires consistency in studying and some memorization. Pass the updated practice exams and you will walk in that room fully confident and ready to pass the exam and get your Series 6 License. Good Luck! Birthday Flower Arrangements

Monday, August 20th, 2007

By Ken Marlborough Your friend’s birthday is coming up. What should you give her? A box of chocolates? A new scarf? A new shade of lipstick? Why not give her a bouquet of fresh, colorful flowers? That will surely make her day. If you are not exactly certain on what to give your friend or family member on her special day, flowers can be a great idea. Everybody else will bring her food, a piece of clothing, or even a makeup set. So be different. Express your love and friendship through something that really symbolize them. She will definitely be moved by your thoughtfulness. However, if you do not know how to choose flowers appropriately, leave it to the florist. He will simply ask you questions and information about the birthday celebrator and he will be the one to pick the flowers accordingly. Besides beautiful flowers and bouquets, floral shops and websites also offer gift baskets like fruit baskets and personal care baskets for birthdays. Another great thing about flowers is that they can be specific to the celebrator’s birth month. If she was born on January, send her carnations; on February, violets; on March, jonquils; on April, sweet peas; on May, lilies; on June, roses; on July, larkspurs; on August, gladioli; on September, asters; on October, calendulas; on November, chrysanthemums; and on December, narcissus. For young girls and teenagers, your flower arrangements may depend on the theme of her birthday party. You can make large paper blooms of sunflowers or other flowers, do up T-shirts with flowers as designs, and get the guests and other people to carry cake and confectionery bouquets. Birthdays are a special occasion. Make it memorable for the birthday celebrator by giving her a gift that comes from the heart. This will show her how much her friendship means to you. Yes, flowers may fade in a couple of days, but the sentiment they bring will forever remain. Flower Arrangements provides detailed information on Birthday Flower Arrangements, Christmas Flower Arrangements, Dried Flower Arrangements, Flower Arrangements and more. Family Childcare and After School Services Websites

Saturday, August 18th, 2007

By Madison Lockwood Offering family childcare and after school services from your home means that you are competing with some pretty hefty competition. There are small daycare centers with big backyards and large daycare centers that have a different classroom for each year of preschool plus separate after school care facilities. How can family childcare and after school services compete? First of all, you have the personal touch. Rather than a sterile classroom, you offer a warm and loving home, a personality, home cooked meals, and small groups of kids who get your undivided attention. To let people know that you also offer professionalism and safety for their children, designing a website for them to peruse before calling for an interview is a great way to introduce them to your style of childcare and after school services. Posting on Your Website You have so many things to choose from when it comes to posting on your website that it’s hard to know where to begin. First, of course, you need a great home page. Keep it simple but playful and bright. The tone should say, ‘Kids love it here!’ You may show a piece of artwork done by one of the kids or a photo of them at play (make sure you have their parents permission first). Next, you’ll need an information page for your family childcare service. What ages do you cater to? What time are you open in the morning and when do you ‘close up shop’? Do you ever accommodate overnight stays or late pickups? What about the weekends? Do you feed the kids breakfast as well as lunch? What about afternoon snack or dinner? A page for your after school services is need, too. Again, ages and times are important. Also include whether or not you provide tutoring services for homework help or mandatory quiet time to complete homework before the parents come pick them up. Are snacks include? If so, what do you offer? Other things you might like to list include: Detailed description of the area in your home where the kids will be including the backyard, sandbox, art tables, and supplies A sample schedule for your family childcare day A sample schedule for your after school services A menu for the week so that parents can plan ahead Special movies planned Special open play dates available on the weekend Field trips you’ve taken the kids on and future field trips in the works Contracts and consent forms available for download A blog to talk about what the kids are doing A list of books you’ve read with the kids A list of games you play with the kids A biography pages for tutors you have come visit your after school services A biography page for you all your CPR and emergency certifications as well as child development training A detailed response in case of natural disaster for parents A description of your cleaning procedures and your state certification grade Any special classes that kids can sign up for whether or not they’re enrolled in childcare On every page of your website, you will need to list contact information, giving visitors a way to email you with questions or call. If you have an open play day one Saturday a month or an open house to showcase all that the kids have been doing once a month, then you might include a link on each page for people to RSVP for the next event or to schedule a tour and visit if they’re considering your services for their child. Most important, keep updating your site with new messages. You can communicate with parents and have special pages that require a password just for their children so that they can visit and see how the day went. Take requests from parents about what they’d like to see on the site. Most importantly, enjoy yourself and think it through as you build it. Your professionalism and attention to detail will greatly impress working parents who pride themselves on the same. Madison Lockwood is a customer relations associate for ApolloHosting.com. Where Can I Get a Free Structured Settlement Quote?

Friday, August 17th, 2007

By Joshua Shapiro Obtaining structured settlement quotes is key to getting the best price for your asset. You will never know how much you can really get unless you get out there and test the water. This is especially true considering you probably have no experience selling a structured settlement and do not know what the process is or the going rate. However, when you check with various companies and see what they have to offer, you arm yourself with the information to barter a better deal and better ensure that you do not sell yourself short. Now you know the importance of getting quotes, but where do you actually get them? Perhaps even more important, where do you get free structured settlement quotes? As with many of the questions in modern day, the answer is available on the internet! Many of the largest and most predominant companies have websites to cater to potential clients and answer questions regarding the buying and selling process. Not only are these valuable resources for someone considering selling a structured settlement, they are a great source of quotes to know how much your structured settlement may be worth to some of the most successful companies. This is definitely an important step in the selling process. Another useful aspect of obtaining structured settlement quotes is that you can better compare the available companies, not just in terms of price, but customer service and procedure. Companies may differ like night and day; some specialize in larger assets, while others prefer smaller ones; some hold friendliness in high regard, while others just want to get the job done. These little details will determine how enjoyable the process of selling your structured settlement is. On the other hand, if the bottom line is the dollar sign, the quotes alone are priceless. To learn more about receiving a free structured settlement quote, Joshua Shapiro recommends Structured Settlement Sell.
